Here’s how information is handled as we get the familia ready for our 2027 launch.
What you choose to share
The contact form collects your name, email address, topic, and message. The ambassador form collects your name, email, optional social link or handle, and introduction. The launch-list form collects your email address. Founder Gains checkout collects your email and selected items so we can save your lineup and follow up about launch. The hosted site saves submissions in a private Cloudflare D1 database. Launch-list records also include your affirmative consent, the consent version, and its timestamp.
Your cart
Your cart is stored in your browser so selections can remain after a page refresh. It contains product selections and quantities. You can remove those items in the cart or clear your browser’s site data.
Operational data
The application stores submission IDs and timestamps. A keyed, non-reversible representation of your request IP is temporarily stored for spam limits; the application does not store your raw IP address in the submission database. Hosting and email providers may also process the technical information needed to run the site and deliver messages. The site has no advertising trackers or analytics integration.
Payments and applications
Founder Gains does not collect payment details or place paid orders. An ambassador application is an introduction, not a contract or confirmation of acceptance. Do not submit sensitive personal information in free-text fields.
